Sickie McSick

Poor little Emmett. Sick again. This time we were pretty concerned because he has had this horrible cough with a bad runny nose for a couple of weeks. No fever. We were told as long as he doesn't have a fever he was probably okay and to just give him Tylenol. Well not exactly. Last week he started to tug at his ears and we suspected he might have an ear infection. We were right. A double ear infection. Poor dude. Emmett is such a good little boy that we had no idea it was that bad. He rarely complains. I am so glad he was winy the morning I took him in or else I might have not and tried to ride the sickness out. Thank goodness for meds. He is feeling much better and getting back to his cute normal self. And we are happy for the extra sleep these days!!

 A grumpy morning. Not a common event for Emmett so you definitely can tell something is wrong when he is a bit on the grumpy side. 

The only perk of the little guy being sick is that he loves to be cuddled and held. Can't beat that. 

 Even going on an outside adventure he was still sad, but a good sport about it all. 

 And we were getting a bit sleep deprived before he was put on medication. Now we don't look so crazy. 

We are so glad the cutie is getting all better. He was so happy this morning before church! (And pretty handsome if you ask me).
